    Great French on the Beach: Excellent restaurant on the beach at Waikiki, a little cramped, but the sunsets and food make up for it.

    A Five Star Classic Restaurant: Start with a breathtaking open air table view of hotel row in Waikiki. Add old-fashioned tableside service for caesar salad, steak diane, and cherries jubilee.
    Result is a delicious meal in a romantic setting. Don't miss this one!

    Fine Dining With Great Service And Ocean Sounds: I'm a frequent traveler to Hawaii, and during my last trip, I dined at Michel's. Michel's is a short drive from the Waikiki "strip". Once I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The restaurant has many tables right next to the beach, where you can hear the sounds of the ocean and look out at the beautiful sunset. Dining is indoors, but with the open space where windows might be, you get the best of both worlds. The service was excellent. I never once needed to ask for more water or another drink. The wait staff was attentive, checking in periodically, without being too overwhelming. I ordered lobster bisque, which was prepared tableside, and was very pleased. It was the best lobster bisque I had ever had. My meal, a filet mignon and dungeness crab-stuffed lobster, was superb. I would highly recommend Michel's to anyone in the Honolulu/Waikiki area who is looking for an excellent fine dining experience.
