User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSheraton Waikiki: Excellent experience. Seamless, and notable service. Great location. The valets lost our rental car keys...no biggy...they paid for a taxi to take us where we wanted to go and two managers brought our car to us after they paid $200 for a replacement key. They comped us the valet parking for our entire stay. They went above and beyond to right a wrong. And in all fairness, they were swamped the night they lost our keys. Mistakes happen, but the managers at the Sheraton were more than generous with the fix. We would stay there again. Beautiful place. Get a Diamond Head view.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy Home away from Home!: I am always the type that is picky when it comes to hotels. But I have to say this weekend the room service was great!!! and the hotel was on point I had a wonderful Ocean View Room and a Nice soft King size bed. Everything was excellant the pools were clean and the shopping centers was off the chain.. I say if you ever get a chance to come to hawaii stay here at the Sheraton I am a Starwood Member and maybe thoses who view my review can become one too
