Great experience at Beaverton Honda. Michael in the Service Department was very professional and courteous; car repairs were done quickly and correctly. I counted on a worst case scenario with repairs costing hundreds of dollars. It turned out to be only a minor problem with the total bill far below what I expected.
I highly recommend Beaverton Honda.
It was the best expierience I had buying a car. I found what I wanted. I got the price and payment. I was in and out in less than 3 hours... It was better than the dentist!
Thanks!
I used to work at Beaverton Honda. I don't work for any dealership anymore. I noticed that the guy below says that Bob didn't stand behind the honda. Actually, it was probably Honda. The dealer can't fix something under warranty unless honda says they can. The dealer would be more than happy to get paid to work on your car. But you can't expect him to pay for your problems out of his pocket.
People like you are the reason I got out of the "car business:" You want something for nothing. Most people thing that salespeople were just born jerks, actually it's the 20% jerk customers they deal with everyday that ruins it for everyone else. Anything mechanical can have problems. Hondas are not immune. Sure there are bad dealers, but I guarantee you can find a lot worse ones than Beaverton Honda.
I purchased my Odyssey from them. They go above and beyond to give the customer a good experience. I know you're probably thinking why should you take advise for an ex carguy? I now own several automotive forums and use my automotive knowledge to act as an advocate for my members. 8000+ members can't all be wrong about me can they? :)
So if you're looking for a new or used honda, kia, infiniti, or any other car they sell, just go in, ask for either bill or sam. Both are really good guys and will find a very good salesperson to take excellent care of you. Or you could just ask for John Shebani, John is a salesperson who has been there for about 17 years, one of the nicest guys I've ever met.In his younger years he was the #1 honda salesperson in the united states. If you want someone who really knows Hondas, go to the internet department and ask for Curb, Patrick has forgot more about Honda's than most people will ever know.

Sorry one more thing I wanted to say. Most dealers are very lax about who they hire and how they handle your credit and personal information. Here's a list of who I recommend in beaverton to guard your infomation. Beaverton Honda, Beaverton Infiniti, Beaverton Kia, Beaverton Chrysler / Dodge, Beaverton Toyota, Portland Lexus and Kuni BMW. Sorry, but that's the only ones, I'll recommend.
