I use this Post Office many times a week. The only employees I ever have problems with are Melody, who is VERY VERY rude, right off the bat and Richard. At least Richard has gotten a little nicer, but Melody is horrid. She acts like you're an idiot, uses hand gestures like waving you away or pointing as if you can read her mind and are supposed to know what that means. She has a snippy tone in her voice as if you should already know where you want her to put your packages. Everyone else simply scans my paper, takes my packages, smiles and says thank you, but Melody always has a tone in her voice like you're a mind reader and why on earth don't you know what she wants. Horrible.
crappy. Try to talk with someone to get a mailbox system set up. All you get is the run around IF you are able to speak with someone....Most of the time you go to a message where you can't leave call back info. Your tax dollars at work.
I've always received great service at this USPS location, and I've used it for years now. If it sometimes is crowded, it's not the fault of the employees, you know. The few instances of unpleasantness I've seen there have been instigated by the customers, not the counter clerks.
