I love the atmosphere and Felix our chef was amazing the time before last. However last time we came was a TRAIN WRECK. Service was fast, asking for food and forks that never came. Water wasn't filled... the chef (not Felix) did one or two things but couldn't keep the table or kids entertained. They seemed rushed and the servers seemed like they didn't care (rude). Still I love the sushi and atmosphere so I'll try again. I have been many times and it's realllly inconsistent service. Everyone at our table was leaning over trying to hear the other Chef because ours was SO BORING. Don't trust them to keep the kids entertained and FORGET ABOUT IT if you want a kid to split a meal. They brought us only one bowl and never would split our entres... we kept asking but they never bought a second bowl. We have three year old twins and they barely ate so splitting a meal would have been good... but the service was TERRIBLE.

Worst experience at a habatichi grill. Way over priced for the little of amount of food. look i'm not a whinner at all, but This place was bad enough to make me turn on my computer, sign in, and write a bad message! so if you don't believe me, you can find out on your own. If you do go, don't ask for anything that you don't see on teh menu or ask for anything extra, you will get charged OBSURD amounts (i.e. 2.50 cents for a 1/2 oz of hot sauce or the white sauce.

Horrible all around. We went today to combine my son's birthday with Easter lunch. We were rushed to order...and let me tell you, when you've never been there you really don't know what you're doing or how to order. The cook comes over and does ONE little trick. We have four kids and to keep them entertained we had to tell them to look at the other table with a different cook.
My son never got sung to even after we told our cook...the bus boy took all the plates and my son wasn't even done eating!
The waitress told my husband that the manager would be right out but 10 minutes later we decided to leave. I'll be calling them tomorrow.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

$100 later and a bad taste in our mouth.

Thanks Benihana for making Easter and my son's birthday truly unmemorable!
