User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis company is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I've called for service on a repair item and it took TWO days to get a reply back. With that reply came a promise on when I could expect the problem to be resolved. It's been many months now and still haven't seen any representative from this outfit. I didn't wait, I called a competitor when I originally hadn't heard from Gorge Satellite and they came out that same day.
I've seen other reviews on this company and I have experienced the same issues....Greg is a talker, he takes your money and leaves you high and dry with a lack of customer service.
CONSUMER BEWARE! I would never recommend this company to anybody!
