DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL DISFIGURE YOU!!!! I went in for laser treatment on my face veins and have been burned to the point of blistering and peeling FOR THE SECOND TIME!!! I have scars on my nose from the first time I came in to get the treatment and was burned so badly. People are constantly asking me if I have a nose pierce that I am growing out because of these scars. I didn t go back again for about a year and a half after this incident because I was too terrified to have the treatment again. But I was assured that what happened to me was highly unusual and that I would be taken care of. I saw a new person who was absolutely amazing and took excellent care of me. I have seen her about 5 times and each time she did a terrific job. Then today happened. I had a new person who was familiar with my history and that I had been burned and scarred (she talked to me about it before she took the laser to me to let me know she would be careful). Yet she burned me so bad I have a blister on my chin, on my nose and cheek. The blisters have opened up and are oozing. My skin is peeling on my nose as well and I feel a burning & itching sensation. To add insult to injury she tried to overcharge me for an appointment that wasn t as long as she said EVEN AFTER SHE TOLD ME SHE BURNED ME AND I WOULD BLISTER!!!! She shouldn t have charged me in the first place. I am reporting this woman and this clinic. I am sad to have to do it because the other woman that took such good care of me will be part of it as well. But this needs to stop and I cannot let this happen to someone else. Dr. Lee Robinson should be ashamed that he allows negligent people like this to work in his clinic. I may just have to file a lawsuit to get my scars fixed. Ridiculous.
