    When I first went in to Lending Solutions I wasn't even thinking about refinancing our mortgage. After chatting with Rick about other business matters he asked me a few simple questions which led to our discovering that I was qualified for a special loan program. With a no nonsense, straight forward approach the team at Lending Solutions made it an easy process which if I ever need to repeat I will not hesitate to work with them again. They demonstrated reliability, integrity, honesty and hard work throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with the end result.     Mine was the privilege of working with Greg and John. Both are personable and super-helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, and their answers were easy to understand, and very helpful.
    Their claim to meet or beat any broker's price is accurate. I compared other brokers, and not even the big brokerage companies could match the price at Lending Solutions.
    I will be recommending them to other people.

    When we were thinking about purchasing our first home, Rick was the one person we talked to who was knowledgeable and straight-forward with us. The work Rick put into getting us the loan was above and beyond anything expected. He explained every step he took and kept us updated every day. A year later, he is still in touch. Thank you Rick and Lending Solutions for making the home buying procedure enjoyable and stress-free.
