User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOver the weekend my husband and I went into Weston to briefly check out a minivan. We were pleased with the numbers we were given (i.e. $3000 cash back and $500 for customer loyalty)....We were told their were NO pyramids and that we would work with only ONE person the WHOLE time...Sounds great, right? So yesterday we went back after we had gotten the okay from our financial institution. When we first arrived, our rep was with another guest, and this abrasive man wouldn't leave us alone, so we left and came back a little while later. Get this, the number's had changed to $2000 Cash back with the customer loyalty still the same. WE were told that they don't work on commission, which is BS, they have a minimum wage base pay with commission. They jacked the MSRP up $2000 and tried to sell it at that. We gave them a number, they went $1000 above that, which again even with the bonus' was still $2000 above MSRP. They lost the sale for $1000. Jack asses. Oh and yes they do use the typical sales gimic with the number pyrimid and their "bosses" approval. LIARS!! Where is their integrity? '
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years. These guys seemed motivated to cut the bull. I got a nice car at a good price. The transaction did take too long and they didn't want to take a trade-in, so those other reviews are appropos.

be thankful you did not buy KIA, especially from Weston. first i want to say i have had my Toyota pickup 4x4 23 years and it still runs great and looks good. i know hoe to care and take care of a vehicle is mt point. well, i bought a KIA about 3 years now i am on my 5th problem. from a cracked thermos stat housing, poor carpeting that had to be replaced and so on. well the battery went out about two years. so i took it into Weston, they wanted $120.00 minus i think 15% from me for a new battery exactly the same 600 cold cranking amps and no additional warranty that the new battery would last any longer. obviously a poor quality battery if they cant do anything. well i said no. the only thing that i wanted was the unused portion of the life of the battery. if a battery is supposed to last 6 years and it doesn't then you should get back the part of it that doent make it. Les Swab does it everyday and its in writing and i known this many years. well it was going to cost me money no matter so my father took me to Les swab and i bought a better battery for less money and a real warranty not BS like KIA. well when i got back to Weston KIA I was stuck with out tools. so i asked if they would hook the battery up for me. they did. but then they charged me $48.00 and no 0 Nata for their crappy battery that did not make it the whole life. so i told them that's the last KIA i will ever waste money on. and every time some one ask me about buy a KIA because i have one so people ask. I tell them save your money buy Toyota or Honda because KIA is crap!
