   MoreAfter 20 years of working with Carole Varsandar, who was an original Pioneer within the cosmetic tattoo industry, Heather became the owner of Carole's Cosmetic Tattoo Studio in 2020. She is licensed by the State of Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission as a PMU tattoo artist and a private vocational school instructor. What to Expect: Plan on being at Carole's Studio for two to three hours per procedure. Procedures are done by licensed PMU/Tattoo Artists who've provided 100+ procedures. We start by applying two different topical anesthetics for 25 minutes and talk you through the whole procedure. We will reapply the topical anesthetics throughout the entire process. Next, you and the technician will design your eyebrows, eyeliner, lip liner, and/or your full lips, Areola's, or a designed tattoo. You, as a client, have total input in style, color, and shape. The best technicians always listen to what you as a client want unless we are able to suggest a design that looks better for you. We send you home with an aftercare kit & instructions on how to take care of your new tattoo. You'll love your body tattoo or PMU tattoo! 3-D Techniques Our artists are skilled in 3-D techniques. Eyebrow Nanostrokes created with individual strokes to simulate the appearance of real hair lasting longer than alternative techniques. We also offer 3-D areola/nipple creation for breasts.
