    Don't expect to get any straight answers over the phone or via email. They will say whatever they have to in order to get you in the door. Once inside, you get worked over by the sales machine. These jerks would not be reasonable, and I ended up saving over $2,000 by buying from another dealer. Shop around.

    Horrible Service: Ive gone there three times now to order a new lock kit for an SE-R. One person said the part i needed was not available, the second said it was and would arrive just over two weeks from that day on a sunday. I went in to pick up my part on that particular sunday... and the parts department was not even open. Apparently they are never open on sunday, which of course the sales person did not bother to inform me of....

    awful customer service: We bought a car with extras that needed to be installed (tint and rims). The sales person we used quit (apparently because there were serious management issues) and thus, it took us two months to get everything installed. After all was said and done, they ended up owing us money and didn't pay it back for weeks. I would not buy a car through them.
