After purchasing a "Certified" Toyota from Gladstone - known for their pressure tactics, I discovered that the Transmission fluid was brown, the brakes were down to 3mm, the brake fluid was low and the air filter hadn't been changed for over 3 years. I recently took the car in for a recall problem and while I was there decided to see if they would do anything for me by way of giving me a good trade since they left me with a car I was completely miserable with. After another entire day of pressure tactics and them playing on my unhappiness I found myself purchasing a Honda Accord that I did like much better. I asked them 4 times to "show" me the Kelly Blue Book on both my Corolla and on the Honda and they kept pushing it off. In the end I purchased without looking at the KBB. Now I truly regret it. My Corolla was worth the 2K more than the Honda, which I ended up eating on the first deal. I really "DON'T" recommend going to these guys for a used car.

Terrible!! Simply a Horrible buying experience, so bad we walked out without purchasing. Went there to buy under a Fleet Buying Program, but we were treated like walk-in buyers to be taken advantage of. Instead of the designated sales person we were supposed to meet with, they introduced us to him, then handed us over to multiple salesmen doing the smarmy sales pitch routine, "working" the numbers,as if they didn't know we were program buyers. Completely low balled our trade-in (1/2 want a no haggel dealership had offered us) and wouldn't show us the car we wanted until we agreed to buy it. Turns out they also "add" their own special options to ALL the cars they sell, and you HAVE to pay for those too, even if you didn't want them. I would NEVER return to this dealership, nor would I recommend its services to anyone else. Think of all the car dealership cliches and it should sum up Gladstone Toyota. There is no minus star so I guess I give them the "Awful" single star.
