User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy family has bought several cars from Carr, Sales people were respectable and not overly pushy. Service has been awesome. They have treated me well. My Cavalier has had some problems now that it has higher mileage, but the service department always gives me choices. I never feel trapped like at my previous repair shop. The people at Carr are great!

It is rare to find a dealer that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. From a purchase to a service to a repair the sales team, parts department and the service team are there to help with all of your needs. During my last service I was informed I needed new tires and was even happier to find out that I could have the tires replaced at the same time and didn't need to go to another shop. With my schedule it is nice to know people are taking my time serious!

Carr Auto Group is one of those rare car dealers where customers matter. I have purchased two cars from Carr over the last ten years. Both experiences were very positive. The sales person was very helpful, friendly and honest. Additionally, I have had my cars serviced at Carr and the level of service is unparalleled.
