I'm in Kansas and ordered a plant online to be delivered to my Mother-in-law at the hosptal in Portland. The hospital staff "misplaced" the plant (how does that happen?) and the staff at Nancy's were SO helpful and understanding. They really went out of their way to help and even went as far as delivering another plant directly to her room. I really appreciate the help, and the price was lower than any other shop I could find. My mother-in-law was very happy.
The flowers were beautiful HOWEVER, I went in three times and paid my bill for each add on, specifically asking if I had paid in full (I even have it in writing that I did) then on the day we were to pick up my flowers they "discovered" that they had "accidentally" undercharged us $35 dollars. I have the bill and their copy but the "wedding guy" who is really rude said that even though it was their mistake (admitting it) we still had to pay. We argued with them for 45 minutes but they would not take charge away. I know it was only $35 dollars but when you have already paid over $500 it adds up and the fact that the "wedding guy" who didn't even meet with me but instead his "assistant" did was very, very rude. They are cheaply priced and I admit that the flowers were pretty but if the people you deal with are rude it isn't worth it, because in the end you end up crying over something that a hundred extra dollars somewhere else would have fixed. I did a wedding on a budget and the only thing I cried over on my wedding day was the stress that these people caused. I have also reported them to the BBB for this and have warned the local Tux shops not to recommend.
