This is the ONLY place that CARED about helping us get into a car. Not the best credit but not the worst either. That didn't matter to them. The right dealer will take the time to help you get the right car & the right payments for you. I refuse to go anywhere else but here. This is the only dealership that did not hurl insults at us or force us into a deal. No fast talkers no antics no attitudes. Our first deal didn't work out. Bless them for trying a second time. They bent over backwards for us even through we did not have perfect credit. Our salesman worked so HARD & with so much heart to get us what we needed. Just because one has bad credit does not mean you should suffer abuse and at this dealership we felt no shame. No stress, fun and a wonderful experience. Not one moment did I ever worry or stress out. My husband found the place on a whim. Turns out to be the best place we ever turned into. They took us under their wing and worked extra hard for us. No one can measure up to what they do here. What they did for us to get us our first car together is amazing. We neve once were made to feel bad or less important. Never been there before until now and will never go anywhere else again.
We bought a used car here. We were treated well and we liked the car. But it smelled bad when we drove it awhile. The head gaskets were leaking oil. The car was covered under a "power train warranty" that they had told us about when we were buying the car. I didn't think much about it at the time but imagine my surprise when the head gaskets were replaced at no charge. The cashier gave us a free car wash coupon when we picked up the car on the weekend. She was concerned the car might have gotten dirty, parked at the back of the lot. What planet is this?
I took my Forester in for a tune-up. The guy writing the order estimated it at $350. I should have left right then, but this being my first Subaru I thought maybe they cost a lot to work on. I received a call about 30 minutes later and was told it was going to be over $900! I asked WTF and he started saying "well you really don't need this or that". When I picked up the car it was $450 and they didn't even change my plugs or wires. My car doesn't run any better and the check engine light still comes on. A week or so later I smelled gasoline and when I looked under the hood, there was a loose fuel hose clamp allowing gas to drip onto the engine. They had taken it loose to flush the injectors and didn't get it back on tight. I guess I should be glad my car didn't burn up. I also asked them to adjust the parking brake. Now the handle is very hard to pull up and feels like it is engaging the brake, but it doesn't keep the car from rolling, even on a very slight grade. I would never go here for anything again.
