User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to this dealership looking to get some repair work to my 2005 F150. I was given a grocery list of items that supposedly needed to be done, totalling $1500. I asked to talk with a salesperson to see if I would come out better buying something than paying the $1500 for work that was supposedly covered by my warranty. I was then pressured to purchase a new vehicle, after I explained to them that I preferred to speak with my boyfriend prior to buying anything. They said they could not guarantee the price would be available the next day. Yes this was Mr. Bryrick doing all of the pressuring. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis dealership is full of liars and swindlers. I made a $500 hold in order to see a car as I live an hour's drive away. I made sure to ask four times whether or not it was refundable, and stated four times that I am in no way agreeing to by the car. Mr. "Bryrick" informed me that this was "standard procedure, there is no agreement to buy, and the deposit is always 100% refunded regardless of transaction".
I drive an hour down there on a Friday night. They were rude and condescending. The car was good enough, but their price was a little high. I offered them $245 less then they advertised (less then 2% of the total price) and they absolutely would not budge. Needless to say I didn't buy the car. Mr. "Bryrick" then escorted us out of the dealership.
He REFUSED to give us a receipt showing the hold as returned, and REFUSED to let us see a manager. We had to call the police!
Absolutely, positively, do not ever go there for anything. They tell blatant lies and use high-pressure tactics to make a sale. I'm still out my $500 even after calling the cops! Now I have to file a complaint with my credit card company!
Again, do NOT use "St. Helens Auto" (Ford dealer) in St. Helens, OR. They WILL LIE and you will have to call the cops!
