Am renting from them now and cant wait to get done with lease. Moving asap. I might even break it and take the consquenses. The left hand doesn't know what right is doing. Nobody there gets messages straight. They refuse tofix anything. This place is falling apart. They act ok at the start, but once your in, that's it. I'm new to the area but now I hear this is typical and they never give back deposits. I regret this but its like they are the only game in town for renting. Avoid them if you can.

The absolute worst property management company I have ever rented from! Outrageous deposits and properties that should be condemend!

I personally am a current renter and have been for almost two years now. I commend the office staff on their prompt attention to any maintenance issues. December storm last year, they were great! Sure we had to wait for some repairs but lord knows the whole county is still under repair today a year later. Staff is always very helpful. I love coming to the office to pay my rent, they always make me laugh.
