First visit went well, but the problem repeated itself. Tech had already told me he was going to replace the overheat switch if the problem repeated. Scheduled a second appointment and tech no showed. Rescheduled second appointment and tech came without the switch he said he would replace and charged us 1 1/2 hours to drive back to shop to get the switch. Not too happy with these guys.
