I've never seen a cleaner better run Dairy Queen. And when do you actually get good service with fast food. We do every week consistently and the owners support their community just ask around. The negative reviewer needs to get a life. Frankly sounds like an ex employee who got fired or wasn't given enough hours because he/she sucked. Justa guess though.

So ya, where to start. First off the owners shouldn't be allowed to run a lemonade stand never mind a DQ! The owners let their dog into the building which then translates to feces all over the floors front and back. Many times employees have to pick it up. Their kids run around the store and leaves employees to trip over them and watch them. They can't do a shedule right. They hire people and then never schedule them. They have no regard to thier employees quality of life by takng peaple off the schedule just because they can.... or can't figure out how to schedule. Cups and spoons get dropped on the floor and they are still required to use them for customers. Same for expired milk. They are forced buy the owners and management to use it. They dont clean the peanut butter dispensers as they should. The owners are friends with the board of health inspectors so they get heads up before inspections. There is bad talk on the sales floor from the owner herself which leaves customers to hear. Drive thru times are VERY SLOW! To top it off when they decide to fire someone they don't have the courtesy to talk to them by phone or in person to give an explanation... nothing! They are too spineless to even do that! What a couple low life scum.
