I live in this town they offer horrible service my suv was there for a week they could not figure it out and gave me the run around .After all this i had my car towed to the dealer on sunday by 10 am monday the dealer called me and had the problem solved.The truth is they are a joke if i did my job like this i woul be fired .Save your money go to the dealer

THESE GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE!!! My truck broke down enroute from Washington to home near Eugene. I was hauling 2 mares who had just been bred, and when I heard/smelled something 'not right' with my front left wheel, I pulled over, luckily at the Aurora Truck Stop. I found the Woodburn Auto Repair Center in the phone book. IT WAS 5 O'CLOCK ON A FRIDAY EVENING. They said they would be right out, and in about 15 minutes, showed up. They assessed the damage and took control. One mechanic drove my truck into the shop; the other hitched my trailer to his rig and off we went. THEY WORKED UNTIL 10:30 to repair my truck and test it out. One mechanic was on the phone and had to drive towards Portland in awful traffic to pick up the right part. It took the work of 3 men to do and oversee this job. There was even a big lush grassy field out back where I grazed my girls. They did this work not because they had to, but because they wanted to help me--a damsel in distress. I don't know what I would have done with my horses and myself with a broken down rig on I-5 if it hadn't been for these guys. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. It isn't often you run across people who will not only go beyond their normal duty hours, but have a conscience and work ethic about helping and making a difference; they did. GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They did not even charge me for after hours work!! So try to beat that anywhere! Cindy

The Most Reasonable and Best Service I've Ever had: We live in Mesa, AZ and every year when we travel to Oregon I always take our Vehicle to Woodburn Auto, in Woodburn, Oregon to have anything and everything done without ANY worry as to being done right and NO worry about being overcharged either; THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE FIGURED OUT IS THEY ARE VERY SLOW ON MAJOR REPAIRS, YOU COULD WAIT FOR YOUR VEHICLE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS WHILE THEY PUT OTHERS IN FRONT OF YOURS (this I have just learned this year 2007), the business is Family owned and operated! From the Main Freeway I-5 exit #271 go East to HWY 99 (Stoplight) turn South to Woodburn Auto/ they also have U-haul rentals. They are on the Westside of the street.
