User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis place makes the best donuts I have ever had. I have been visiting them for about two years now. Until this week I have considered them to be the best including customer service. So this would be 5 stars if it wasnt for one insident. I went in to get some bagles, Halipeno and cheese they are great, I asked the guy to sclice them for me so he took them in the back and I heard a loud nois with the slicer and peeked around the corner just in time to see him pick the bagle up off the crud covered floor and put it back in the box and bring it out to me. When I confronted him about it he just grinned and lied about it. Come on, I mean everyone makes a mistake, just own up to it and through the thing away. It's 50 cents worth of dough. So I walked out for the day. I really hope this is not the norm.
