| About: | This bar's huge red neon sign beckons as you stroll down Fourth Avenue, and there is no sin in surrendering to its promise of a good game of billiards and a frosty mug of beer. This is how pool halls were meant to be; smoky and lurid, with acres of tables and a little off-track betting downstairs. Rialto Poolroom, Bar and Cafe has a full bar and a delectable menu that offers everything from appetizers to full dinners. Try a meat-free veggie burger. Pool table rates vary depending on the time. |

Slow servise, fries usually over salty. This time not, but taste of taters not quite right,
Pool anyone?: This is an old school pool hall, the type that used to be men only. They have many tables to choose from, pay by the hour. Very relaxed atmosphere. If you don't care for cig smoke, stop breathing. Also, do not attempt to order one of your favorite girl drinks. This place is old school, like I said before, liquor drinkers welcome. But if you find yourself downtown with the pool itch, check it out.
Great Tables: Gold Crowns with Simonis cloth. New Cues. Same old classic snooker table up stairs. Like the batman villain two-face this bar has a split personality. A yuppified look and the same old dive-bar patrons. Despite having a few new venues for pool. Rialto is still the best in pool hall in pdx.
