OKAY SO SERIOUSLY....THIS IS THE BEST FOOD IVE EVER HAD! I read the last review and I have to say i highly disagree! This place was amazing. the food was perfect and the service was amazing! Those other places that spread the rumor to have great leanese food....need to come here and re think that rumor. The tabbouli was amazing and it had just the right flavoring....of course people who are used to other lebanese rest. are too used to the artifical flavorings that when they try a place like this...they dont know how real and great it is! The hummus has such a perfect taste of garlic that I actually bought an order to take to a class of mine to try and they all loved it! I actually asked to sample the garlic they use alone, and its their very own homemade garlic! I cant tell you enough how good this place is. I felt right at home with such friendly service and calm enviroment. The food was to die for! Perfect place to go!I cant wait to go back
Go to Nicholas or Riyadh Instead: Put quite simply, this is some of the blandest and most uninspired Lebanese food I've had in Portland: the Tabouleh lacks that tartness that's made it one of my favorite Lebanese dishes, and you can't even taste the garlic in the hummus. Not only that, but I could barely taste the garlic in the chicken shawarma. There are better Lebanese restaurants out there that serve much better food at more reasonable prices. And, actually serve it, too, which the girl did most lacklusterly when I had dinner there.
another favorite: Great food! Nice place to go with a group. Can't wait to go back :)
