| About: | Hotcakes, hash browns and burgers are what have kept this place a part of the Portland scene for more than 20 years. One of the more happening after-bar places to eat, the hot spot offers food that might not be too healthy, but you will not care once you indulge. The namesake hotcakes are big and fluffy. Hash browns are also good, but ask for them well done if you like them crispy. This is the perfect end to a wild night out or the start of a lazy day. |

The hashbrowns and bisquits/gravy are the best ive ever had. The service not so much, everyone is always cranky especially the guy in the tie dye head to toe. The chicken fried steak is icky, but the coffee is great. I would still go there, but not expect to be treated well.
Best Hashbrowns I've Had In My Life: We took a chance and stopped for breakfast... it is not a chance, but a sure thing. They serve great food and plenty of it, it is a well kept secret that we want to share with more folks. Eat and enjoy - feel guilty later.
Good grub after a night on the town !: For a fantastic early breakfast, after hitting the clubs/bars/parties. Portions are big and GOOD! Everything from Omelettes, Chicken Fried Steak, Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, and everything else you can think of thats bad for you that you like for Breakfast is here.
Very highly recommended!

No way. The chicken fried steak was really good and I don't usually like cfs... Most people go there to eat after they've been at the bar all night, so whose really judging on the treatment from the employees? They have to deal with intoxicated people all night, how would you act!? Lol
