The team at Stephens Margolin, particularly Dan Margolin and Kim have been extraordinary. Originally retained to represent me during divorce proceedings, Dan has helped guide me through one of the darkest times of my life. He and his staff were able to effectively manage my case, even though I could not be physically present in the state for the vast majority of the time. As an active duty service member stationed overseas, email and phone consultations were the norm. However, the communication was so seamless and effective that I never felt like I was halfway around the world. And when it later became apparent that a modification to parenting time had to be made, Dan was able to conduct the entirety of the process remotely.
