I was approved for a loan at Mac Toyota after outlining a very specific truck I was looking for. They didn't have it, and I asked that they look for it and give me a call back. Over a week later and no response! When I called back, I was asked 'What kind of game I was playing' since the truck I was looking for was out of the realm of my approval and since I hadn't called back within the past week, either....and I initiated this call!!!! What kind of auto dealer has a loan approval and doesn't follow up with the customer???? I was welcomed with a VERY negative attitude when I called to follow up with them. Buying a vehicle is stressfull enough. Enough said??
