    Best chinese in Portland! They have great service, I've been going there for 15 years and I never get tired of it.

    Have been enjoying Shanghi's for over 20years. The Service is wonderful and a family atmosphere. Wendy and Peter (owners) are always willing to please. If you are looking for a family friendly restaurant this is it. We love the signature chinese chicken salad.
