First off, I want to say that the show itself, Dragonforce, was really good. They do manage to get a lot of good bands to play here, however a member of the staff was so rude to me that I will not be going back. I ordered two will call tickets several months ago, and I wasn't sure what time the show started so I called and got a message that said the show started an hour after the doors opened. The website said the doors opened at eight, but when I got there at nine the show had been going for an hour. I asked the girl at will call how I was supposed to know when the show started and she said I should have looked on the ticket... the will call ticket that she had just handed to me. When I said that they should update their website she said "You have a shi**y attitude." Then she turned to my friend and said "Your friend has a shi**y attitude, she's a bi*ch". Needless to say I will not be going back. I'm calling today to file a complaint with the manager, but I really think you should consider this before you go see a show there. Don't go unless you want to be verbally abused!
