    Had my scratch free car through the wash and when I was done noticed on the car scratches on both sides of the car in the same location, same parallel width of scratch, same curve in the lines. Paint particles still in the scrathed lines. Noticed right away, the attendant wrote it up and brought the car back for the service manager to review and said, no possible way that the car wash did this. You must not have noticed the scratches before. Check your car when you are done and see for yourself...complained to BBB

    Quick, Easy and Cheap: Not a bad car wash. If it does not clean to your liking they will wash it again for free. Great Customer service and non touch car wash. Buy the package deals and save big bucks. This review is for the Tigard.King City location.

    Avoid at all costs: I took my ML320 through Kaady car wash in Aloha, OR. There was something wrong in their brushes that caused the cover of my sideview mirror to break. When i talked to them about it, they dealt me very rudely and flatly denied any problem in their system. They didn't even offer me any gift certificate or free car wash, let alone compensating for the damage.
    I have filed a complaint in Better Business Bureau about them.
