I love Shanny's! My son had a great experience there, and developed wonderfully. There was a lot of learning, tons of crafts, food that all kids loved and that was still healthy, and awesome toys and a rockin' back yard. When I picked my son up, he was just right! Not too hungry, not too tired, not too ornery - just in a good mood and most of the time, he didn't want to even leave Shanny's! Recommended for ALL parents who want their kids to have a great, well rounded experience.

Our son has gone to Shannon's since he was 18 months old and he is now 5. We have always been impressed by how she cares about the kids, gives individual feedback and helps support parents. She gives her suggestions for helping with behavior issues, always has fun field trips or activities planned, and was a great atmosphere.

Hands down the best chilcare we have found in the Portland area. My son has been to several, including pricey elite centers. The rates are reasonable and it really feels like she gives each child individual attention. My son had behavioral issues from being in a large center, he completely changed when he was at Shannons and had a great experience there. Shannon is great at giving the boundaries and being firm with them when necessary in a loving way.

If I didn't live on the other side of town my son would still be going there....we miss her!
