User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWon't be returning: I've never really had good luck with any Applebee's, but this one was the worst. I had great service, the waitress was nice, neat, and very courteous. My issue is that I ordered a steak that came in one of the skillet style serving trays that was overflowing with grease. I couldn't wring enough fat and oil from my steak to make it edible.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWon't be going back: I was very unsatisfied last night while eating at Applebees. This is second time the food has been awful. I had smothered chicken, which should have had melted cheese on top, and the cheese wasnt even melted. Which tells me the food wasnt cooked to a hot enough temp. My side of veggies were grey...which is gross. They were extremely dry, and i ended up not eating most of my dinner. The mashed potatoes were luke warm....i was very unhappy with this meal. What also upset me was that I spent almost 40 dollars on a meal that should have cost me around 15 - 20 because of the poor quality.

It doesnt mean the food wasnt cooked to a hot enough temp. it just means that after the chx was cooked they put the cheese on it and put it in the oven for a few minutes. So it just wasnt in the oven long enough.
