My bike was kept for 7 days and then repaired at the last second. I had to call three times the day it was due to get them to work on it two quoted time frames of when it would be done were missed. The repairs were incomplete, the rear brake was installed in a way making it impossible to remove the rear tire. I had to go back to have another part installed to make the bike function properly, and instead of rebuilding the rear spokes as originally discussed I discovered only the missing spokes were replaced. I was however still charged the original amount quoted. Mike tried to sell me a bike that was two sizes to small for me, and lied right to my face to try to make a sale. I sought advice on biking forums about what transpired at this bike shop, and thought long and hard before I wrote this review. I wish my experience had been different, and I have a heavy heart over this.
