Great food, I'm addicted to the Pad Kee Mao and order it hot, so it burns real good! The whole family loves the place though they tend to the mild spices. Every one of the ten to twently dishes we have tried have been at least good, and most have been great.

THE BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!: Thai Beer is an authentic Thai cuisine owned & operated by Thai - Americans that really are the nicest people you could know. So firstly, the service is the best I have experienced in sit-down restaurant environments. The smiles are the best, the attitude & speed are exceptional!

When the place is packed I recieve my food faster than I could ever expect from a nice sit-down place that busy. I would estimate when there are 5 people there the food arrives in 5 minutes. When there are 30 people there, maybe 10 - 15 minutes. So, as I said, FAST!

Now, the food! I would consider myself a Thai food expert. I love it. It is my favorite. I have visited endless Thai restaurants. This is the best food I have experienced. I have even asked numerous times for their recipes, to no avail. Dangit.

They have mastered the concept of FRESH! It is clear that they do not even start one ingredient in your dish until you order. The veggies are always the highest grade of freshness, and for some reason they always taste like they fell straight from heaven. Don't ask me how, they just do.

The spiciness factor is customizable. Mild, Medium, Spicy, Spicier! And I am a spice freak, so I order the spicy. And can you say Habanero? If you like it mild, though, they won't let you down. Just make sure to order the MILD!!

My favorite is the PRIK TIEM, menu item # 29 (dinner menu) or #7 (lunch menu) with beef (sometimes chicken). It is a wonderful dish with broccoli, onion, green onion, garlic, cilantro, black pepper & sauce that will make you faint!! It is the best!

PRICE - The price is also excellent! You can get a lunch for just under $8 and a dinner for anywhere from $9 to $13 depending on whether it is a standard or specialty dish. They give you way too much !!

So, to put it mildly, I am a Thai Beer nut. I don't know what I would do if they were gone. But I try not to think about that.

Please, please, please visit this place! If you are into Thai, you will be pleased !!
