    No Reply to Question: I sent an email asking about a referral to a 3rd party for a trailer hitch installation and received no reply. I just moved here from California and am looking for a responsive dealer to service my Tracker LT. I guess I still need to look.

    Poor Business Etiquette: McMullin Chevrolet is located in the small town of Dallas, Oregon off Jefferson St. My experience will not be forgotten. The lot is small and limited. The entire process was painfully slow with virtually no customer communication, it took days to get any type of status or information. Most important, the cutomer service is not of high standards. I found it to be very unfriendly and unruly. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.
