I was stranded on the side of the road trying to fix my car and they refused to offer me any advise over the phone as to what could be wrong with my 94 Honda Civic. They were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone who mentions them how horribly they treated me. I will discourage anybody I talk to about them from doing any sort of business with them. I have never been so poorly treated.
