User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsdecietful: I ordered flowers thinking I was calling a flower shop in Albany ,Oregon. To my surprise when I asked them where they were located they are in Corvallis, Oregon. And I also found out that Lovelace floral has been out of business for several years and they were in Albany. I was highly disappointed in the quality & service. You are not calling Love lace floral you are calling Expressions in Bloom

I am the owner of Expressions In Bloom - we acquired Lovelace Floral in Oct of 2004, have never deceived anyone of our location or ownership - we're quite proud of what we are and what we've accomplished! We're the largest flower store in the entire area for a good reason - we care about quality and satisfaction. Were there a real complaint it would have been dealt with swiftly as we care very much about our reputation which we only earn thru satisfaction. Funny thing, this person betsme50 only has 2 reviews and they are both negative about local florists - do I smell a competitor? Visit us and see how wrong he/she is!
