Our ongoing Services to Tenants help nurture these new communities by supporting and empowering the individuals and families who live in them. In addition, we help low-income households become first-time homebuyers through our Home Ownership Program; and we promote Financial Literacy through classes and programs that help people learn to manage money and credit and save for their future. Our Linn-Benton MicroBusiness Program helps low-income individuals who want to start a business or build an existing business.
