User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe Aumsville OR group are rude uncooperative and dishonest. we have had the service for several years and apparently they have made changes which are not a part of our contract but they want us to follow. They expect us to climb on the roof of our house and remove their equipment or they will do it for a $40 charge! Also state supposed to give 30 days written notice. Wow I am so glad I will never be using them again! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE very bad to deal with and wont work with a person or refund charges for "month" ahead. I will also be notifying the Better Business Bureau. They told me that they are entitled to change any and all contracts and policies without ever notifying anyone and they are immediately binding! Wow then told me they are a small town "family" owned business. LMAO
