User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBE CAUTIOUS!!: I took my sons letterman jacket in for cleaning and it came back with all the patches ruined. The jacket was only 2 months old. They tried to clean it again and it came back worse the 2nd time. The owners refuse to make it right and replace the damaged patches. They blame the contractor they sent it out to, which I knew nothing about. I told him I paid him to do it and I held him responsible. He got mad and angry and was yelling. He told me to take it back where I bought it from, it was their fault. I would NEVER go to this place again.
