    Came in on Friday 6/12, paid and reserved equipment for 12pm 6/13. Upon arriving on 6/13 the equipment was rented to someone else. The excuse given, was that the employee that reserved the equipment was under a lot of stress that day and shouldn't of reserved the equipement. In the end, I had to pay 1 1/2 hours of stand-by time to a team of 6 until we could get the equipment and do the job.

    Great equipment, with awesome customer service goes a long way now days. Very knowledgeable staff, that is complimented with really good rates.
    I would def. rent from Hertz again!!!
