User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never been treated this way in a retail establishment. I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses, I had a list of what I wanted in a dress and what I didn't want. Since I had an appointment I thought I would have someone to help me locate dresses and offer advice. I had neither the women were rude and at points I had to search out someone to help me. When I finally tried on dresses no one was there to help me zip up the dress. I felt pressured into buying a vail and shoes when I was looking at the dress in the mirror. I do not recomend David's Bridal, if you want a fond memory of trying on dresses for your special day.

I have to say when I walked in the door (with an appointment) I was greated by a girl who was very rude and dismissive. My cousin (who is a bridesmaid) my daughter (flowergirl) her daughter (flowergirl) my other daughter (jr. bridesmaid) were all with me. We all needed dresses, I needed help at the age of 37 and very nervous and slightly overweight. My ORIGINAL assistant decided to go help someone else and luckily the girl that helped me was patient and very nice. I got my dress, 4 bridesmaids dresses and 3 flower girl dresses that day. If it wasn't for the new girl helping us I was going to leave because I wanted to cry and it was supposed to be a special day in a woman's life. Perhaps when they screen to hire people they should interview those who have salesmanship, courtesy and a more service-oriented greeter.
