    I lived there for over 2 years and it was great. Friendly managers and staff. Anything I needed they were there to help. I even moved apt. in middle of my stay there for no extra charge. The move in price for living by the ocean is reasonable and I understood when they wanted all payments up front. Helps prevent people from skipping out on there responsibilities.

    all of the apartments are 2 or 3 bedroom

    they wanted 200 dollars for one zebra finch as a pet deposit. this is mental.

    rent, deposit and all fees are due upon move in & not allowed to break it up into two payments. insane! who has 2,000 laying around the house.

    poor first impression
    outragous fees

    that is enough for me to give it one star.
