I took a pair of favorite shoes to Jim the Shoe Doctor and he quoted a price of $40 plus to repair them, then added they probably weren't worth repairing. We had heard about another shoe repair from a television commercial which we had not been aware of so decided to take the shoes to them. And so we discovered Sole Savers Incorporated. Such a positive experience! Not only would they repair the oxfords for half the price quoted by Jim the Shoe Doctor, they explained what they could do to give them longer wear and suggested new laces which I found looked much better and which stayed tied, to boot. Also, they polished the shoes til they looked as if they were brand new... We really feel we have made a wonderful discovery and plan to tell family and friends about Sole Savers... Bernie and Dick

Never used this service--only called them up to see if they perhaps had a price list to fax me, as I have never had any shoes repaired and don't know how prices work for that sort of thing. The man that answered the phone was very snippy with me and his voice was chock full of attitude. When I tried to defend myself, he got even more snippy and then hung up on me. This place would NEVER get my business with customer service like that.
