    We bought several pounds of jerky to send to our son in Iraq. It got rave reviews from he and his buddies and we will have to go back soon for more! We have also had meat processed by them and they do a great job!

    My review is slanted as it is my first time to a butcher shop but I like the place. I sampled some jerky while waiting and it was of good quality. The clerk was very helpful and my order was processed very quickly. The lady checking me out gave me a very believable "thank you" when I left. I will return....
