We (my wife and I)Will probably never return: We DO NOT want anyone fired,but the service at the Gateway BLVD in Cottage Grove Oregon was some of the worst we have ever experienced!!We only had to wait about 10 minutes to be helped,but the man before us(Who had a crippled leg) waited almost 20 minutes,before asking them why the service was so slow.The Lady in charge of the counter(Mgr.?)said they had to take care of the drivein first,and that did not set very well with the man ahead of us,nor with us either,since he and us were there quite awhile,before some of the drive in customers!The food was the usual for KFC--Very good--but the service was lousy.Also,the mens restroom was in very shabby condition,with hand drying towels all over the floor,and it smelled awful as well.MY wife stated "I could smell the odor of urine through the ladies bathroom door",and she elected not to use it.Sorry I must be so negative,but its a wonder you have any customers at all in Cottage Grove's Gateway KFC,and it is situated only about a mile from very busy I-5.I would love to read a report sometime down the road,that service there has improved dramaticaly in that location.
