    My opinion: I am not pleased with the service I receive at my local branch. I feel they are understaffed and I often have to wait for a teller to run back and forth between the counter and the drive-thru. The teller at the drive-thru is VERY slow. She walks around doing this and that before she greets her customers, and before she completes the transaction. I rarely see the tellers smile. They seem to be a cranky bunch. With the exception of one person, Ms. Putzier (whom I believe to give excellent customer service), I feel the service is lacking. No one moves quickly. They meander, and act as if they are doing you a favor when they finally wait on you. This is both inside the branch and at the drive-thru. I am very disappointed in the service.
