Exquisite beauty in a class undisputed: I am a lover of plants, flowers, anything that grows. The area where I live, in a small valley nestled amidst the mountains of Oregon, is a beautiful sight to behold, all in it's own. Green and flowers of all kinds, all year round. Yet, I have to say that I have found a place that produces a beauty to behold, that rivals and or equals that of our beautiful surroundings. It's a rather quaint place, this big huge Farm, rustic with its old red weathered Farm buildings, yet very modern in it's services, product set-up,customer service, experience, and overall knowledge of horticulture. Thistledown Farms is one of many who offer plants, hanging baskets, potting soils, etc... What makes them different is the quality of what they offer. It's way above and beyond what any other business of this type offers to the public. They also offer fresh produce such as veggies, fruits, home made jams, etc... grown and made right on the premises. The plants are huge, healthy, exquisite in color, size, and type. And the prices, well all I can say is they are amazing... considering what you get, for what you spend. Compared to local stores, grocers, etc... they are half the price for triple the size and quality. I get compliments from neighbors and strangers as well, every year for my garden, my yard, and my hanging baskets. All because of the items I bought at this wonderful place. The staff is a delight as well..helpful, polite, always a smile on thier faces, and willing to take the extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy with thier purchase. Even if your only browsing, the staff still extends the same measure of courtesy and willingness to help in any way possible. The best part of all, I think, is the fact that they guarantee thier plants, etc..., and go out of there way to make good on whatever problem you might have. Great customer service, excellent quality of product, fantastic prices, and always a smile to brighten your day. What more could you ask for! I can't honestly say anything bad in regards to this company. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now, and will remain so for many many more years to come.
