User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhile the food was OK, we were surprised to find an 18% surcharge added to the bill. We were a party of 4. When we asked the owner/server about it he said this was a new law in the city of Ashland. Really? If so, then why was there no surcharge at the Thai Pepper for our party of 6 the following night?
