Comments: We have never received anything but quality service from this shop. We have purchased 4 quads, numerous parts & accessories & have had service work done. We have recommended all our friends who ride to this shop. -

Worst Customer Service in the sales dept. I have gone in there 4 times in the last four years and every time I am ignored and treated like a child, I go back thinking they change, but I get disappointed every time!
I am going to take my money somewhere else!!!!!

I have purchased 4 ATV's and one trailer from this store. They are great to do business with and Travis always gives you a fair deal on things. He will also go the extra mile to assure that you are happy with your purchases. I bought a Kawasaki from Eugene Honda and got the worst deal ever, so I will never buy anything again except from medford PowerSports. They are great. Bill
