But when my family and I moved to Oregon from out of state and needed a washer and dryer plus a bed for an out of town guest at last minute my husband suggested we contact rent a center. I am so happy I did and felt bad that I had this stereotype of what a rent a center was all about.
The merchandise we received was top of the line, in absolute perfect working order and brand new! The bed we rented was also in great shape and did not appear to be used at all!! The customer service representatives (Izar, Josh, TJ, Amy etc.) are always great to talk to and very friendly. They really make you feel comfortable and they go above and beyond to make there customers feel right at home! Once you rent from them you feel like you become apart of their family. It's great! Thank you rent a center staff!!!
